Fire is the energy of growth that represents the peak of any situation, pattern, or life events.  It has an upward moving force like the rising of the sun in the east, the shooting smoke and heat from an erupting volcano, and the erected flame of a candle that illuminates in the dark. Fire brings the process of warmth, passion, generosity, and creative expression. There is a sense of elation when fire is at its prime.

Physically

In the physical body, fire is represented by the heart — pumping blood that carries oxygen, nutrients, and heat to your body’s organs of the body. The fire element can manifest into an inflammation brought about by excessive stress and anxiety.  Fire element retreat will introduce a heart rate variability (HRV) device to objectively measure an individual’s physical fitness and readiness to perform.

Mentally

The mental attitude of fire is similar to the season of summer when days become warm, bright, arid, and filled with distractions of various sorts.  Fire can be out of balance if one feels indifferent, mentally exhausted, and bored and this may delay encouraging benefits for meaningful relationships.  This retreat will help rekindle the flames of joy through loving-kindness meditation practice.

Spiritually

The spiritual aspects of fire include the capacity to love and to motivate other people.  A balanced fire brings forth inspiration, love, and empathy for others.
